BODY CAM SHOOTER NSP not the case with Bodycam. It’s an interesting early access game, but there are a number of flaws in the design that it simply isn’t ready to be a shooter yet. Conceptually, Bodycam is interesting; the rounded lens, dust on the glass and the roughness of the movement sell the “police style” feeling pretty well. It blends nicely with good quality textures, heavy debris and lush foliage to create a showy game. The lighting effects in particular are fantastic, ranging from pitch-black up to it being quite bright.

Features rapid gunplay, easy controls, and an extreme combat style. Players are tasked with being a police officer with a body camera and are required to respond to a range of emergency situations in different urban environments. The mechanics of the game are designed to improve the sense of being immersed; for example, players are supposed to move through environments.

Gameplay:

Actions that will affect the scenario. Not only do these choices impact the game, but they also bring about ethical quandaries which test the player’s moral judgment. For example, civilians can find themselves in trouble, and how they are dealt with (de-escalation or lethal force) can make a huge difference in whether they succeed on a mission and in the overall story flow.

The narrative is presented in the episodic way, each episode a different law enforcement encounter. The layout also provides for a variety of scenarios, from hostage situations to drug busts, ensuring a thrilling and fresh gameplay experience. What separates Body Cam Shooter from the rest, however, is its dedication towards realism and the scenarios are based on the current times.
