Our Position

RepackLabs does not host any game files on our own servers. We index and link to files hosted on third-party services. We respect the intellectual property rights of all copyright holders and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Infringing Content

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on RepackLabs infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

How to Submit

Send your DMCA notice to us via our Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

We will review all valid requests and remove or disable access to the reported content within 72 hours of receiving a complete and valid notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your name, address and electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

RepackLabs has a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
