Description:

It is a very interesting and a bit complicated story but it ruins the first game’s ending so I won’t go into too much detail with it. The important bit is that after the events of Forgive Me Father, you are now in a mental asylum, and the character you play as (the Priest) still suffers from nightmares. You don’t need to play the original game to understand what is going on, but I would highly recommend doing so as it will make it much easier to follow the story, and it’s a great game too. The game isn’t very complicated, just DOOM with some additional buttons. They all have a couple of variations you can choose from in the main lobby you enter from, and they have different stats. For example, the Pistol class has a choice between a revolver, which has high accuracy and damage, and a Glock, which has a higher fire rate and magazine size at the cost of accuracy and damage. Also in that lobby, there are upgrades available to be bought with the currency earned from the various levels. One thing of note is the Book, which when unlocked can be activated to give you a boost each time you use it, and can be charged by slaying enough enemies; when charged, the ability can be changed via the bookstore in the lobby.
