Vanguardia has seven different worlds, each controlled by a demonic lord whose elemental strength—lightning, fire, ice, poison, shadow, wind, and earth—defines the world and the things that happen in it. Players assume the role of a boy whose father was killed by the lightning demon, and thus wearing the worn-out shoes of a grieving boy.

Gameplay:

Game play is still excellent in all modes and is targeted for a consistent 60 frames per second regardless of whether in docked or handheld mode. A 709 MB file size provides for rapid loading times and cloud saves through Nintendo Switch Online allow players to pick up where they left off, regardless of who they switch with.

Clarity: The Seven Demons of Vanguardia follows the story of a young boy living in a world where a lightning demon has killed his father and now stalks him. With grief and fury in his heart, the protagonist sets out on a dangerous journey through seven demonic worlds each of which is governed by one of the Seven Demons of Vanguardia.
